Double Row bearings are ideally suited to applications where carrying loads make a single row inadequate. Double Row bearings utilize two rows of balls back to back. They have deep groove raceways with a high degree of contact between the ball and raceways.

Double-row bearings handle thrust loads in both directions. Open bearings dissipate heat more efficiently than shielded and sealed bearings. Shielded bearings block out dust and other contaminants, but do not dissipate heat as efficiently as open bearings.
